摘    要:通过浅析高密度聚乙烯INNOVENE S淤浆工艺铬系和钛系聚乙烯产品的聚合反应机理,简要的概括出两种反应机理的主要区别,从原料、质量控制、事故处理等方面提出铬系和钛系产品在日常操作中的不同,以改进工作方法,提高生产效率,有效降低生产成本,同时尽可能的避免事故的发生,确保装置长周期正常运行。

Abstract:By means of briefly analyzing the polymerization mechanism of Cr and Ti grade HDPE products produced by INNOVENE S slurry technology , the main difference between the two reaction mechanism was simply summarized , posing daily operation differences between Cr and Ti grade in terms of raw materials , quality control , incident handling , to improve the working methods , raise working efficiency , reduce production costs , and prevent accident from happening , to ensure the normal operation of a long -cycle.
