炉卷轧机管线钢生产工艺研究

摘    要:对南钢炉卷轧机采用平轧、卷轧工艺生产X60管线钢的工艺参数,成品钢板组织、性能及其均匀性、以及产品收得率进行了对比分析。结果表明;卷轧工艺方式可以显著减小轧制过程中轧件的头尾温差,提高成品钢板头尾的组织性能均匀性,并且生产收得率高、产品板形好。

Abstract:The technology parameters, microstructure, properties, yielding ratios of X60 pipeline steel plates produced by common rolling and coiling rolling on Steckel mill production line in Nanjing Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. were respectively investigated and comparatively analyzed. The results show that using coiling rolling technology, the temperature difference along the rolling direction of plate can be significantly decreased, and the uniformity of microstructure and mechanical properties were improved.
