基于模糊综合评判的模具拉深工艺研究

摘    要:研究模糊数学在模具设计中的应用,重点分析模糊数学中模糊综合评判原理应用于模具的拉深工艺,以筒形件为例分析影响筒形件拉深的主要因素--极限拉深系数,提出影响极限拉深系数的模糊可调因素和不可调因素,分析每个可调因素的原理和模糊划分的根据,总结和改进了前人研究的一些经验和技术并作出相应的变化,并且此过程能够通过CAPP程序实现.

Abstract:The fuzzy mathematics has been applied in the mould design in this paper.Taking the cylindrical part for example,it introduces the fuzzy synthetical evaluation theory application of the fuzzy mathematics to the deep drawing of the mould design.It analyzes the main factors of deep drawing-the limit drawing coefficient.And pointed out the fuzzy adjustable factors and unchangeable factors for the first time,explains the theory and principle of the fuzzy adjustable factors which inflects the limit drawing coefficient and summarizes and makes the improvement on the predecessors' experiences and skills.The process could be implemented by computer programming.
