摘    要:根据火电机组回热系统火用损分布的通用矩阵方程,运用MathCAD软件计算了200MW和600MW机组两套典型回热系统的火用损,并与传统火用损计算方法的计算结果进行比较,详细介绍了该方程的应用方法和使用技巧。通过火用分析,找出了这两套回热系统的节能潜力所在,并用棒状图对4种火用分析指标进行比较,证明了火用损率和火用损系数更能表现回热系统的完善程度。

Abstract:It calculates the exergy loss of 2 sets of typical regenerative systems(200MW & 600MW)by the software MathCAD, based on the generalized exergy loss distribution matrix equation of regenerative systems of coal-fired power unit; then compared with the results which calculated by the traditional calculating methods. Furthermore, the application methods of the equation and the usage skills are introduced in detail. Again, exergy analysis of the results is made to find out the potential of the energy saving. Then 4 kinds of exergy analysis indication were compared through the bar graphs to prove that the exergy loss ratio and the exergy loss coefficient could represent the perfect degree of the regenerative systems.
