| 摘 要： | 在电网安全经济运行、电网技术装备水平、区域电力市场建设和运营、信息技术及其应用和管理软科学等方面全面介绍了"十五"期间华东电网所取得的主要科技成果,具体给出了2001～2005年华东电网公司共获得省部及科技进步奖30项、发明查利申请和授权6项、实用新型去利和软件看作权申请和授权22项.从电网规划和建设、电网安全优质经济运行、电网设备改造和技术升级,电网自动化和控制、区域电力市场建设到电力环保和电网安全管理等方面全面论述了华东电网有限公司"十一五"科技规划.

| Abstract: | The scientific and technological achievements obtained by East China Grid Company Ltd.during "10th Five-Year" period are presented in the aspects of grid operation,technology and equipment levels of the Grid,construction and operation of regional power markets,information technology and its application,management software,and etc.The achievements include 30 provincial and ministerial science & technology progress awards,6 invention patents applied and granted,22 applied and granted patents of practical new pattern and software copyright registration.The science & technology plan of "11th FiveYear" for East China Grid is illuminated in the fields of grid planning and construction,gird operation,grid equipment retrofit,technology upgrading,grid automation and control,regional power market construction and grid management. |
