摘    要:石油化工科学研究院通过研究原料油性质、催化剂、反应压力、加氢精制和加氢裂化反应深度以及加氢裂化尾油的切割点对生产乙烯性能的影响,开发了生产优质蒸汽裂解原料的中压加氢裂化(RMC)技术,该技术分别在上海石化股份有限公司1.5Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置上和燕山分公司1.3Mt/a中压加氢裂化装置上工业应用。结果表明,RMC工艺所采用的精制催化剂在中压下具有较好的脱氮性,裂化催化剂具有高抗氮性能,生产的尾油BMCI低,是优质的蒸汽裂解制乙烯原料。

Abstract:Based on the study of the factors, such as feedstock property, catalyst, reaction pressure, reaction conversions of hydrofining and hydrocracking and cut point of unconverted oil, which influenced the performance of ethylene plant feedstock, Research Institute of Petroleum Processing developed a medium-pressure hydrocracking technology named RMC for producing premium ethylene plant feedstock. The commercial applications in 1.5Mt/a and 1.3Mt/a medium-pressure hydrocracking units located in Shanghai Petrochemical Company and Yanshan Petrochemical Company respectively showed that the hydrofining and hydrocracking catalysts for RMC technology possessed quite good denitrogenation and high nitrogen tolerance performance respectively, the unconverted oil product had low BMCI, which was a premium steam cracking feedstock.
