几种电火花熔涂层的腐蚀性能研究

摘    要:对正火45钢基体上的Cr、W、Mo和Ni电极电火花熔涂层在水、5vol%盐酸及硝酸水溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究.结果表明,熔涂层的抗腐蚀能力,在水中,优于正火45钢,但在酸性介质中,比正火45钢的抗腐蚀能力还差.熔涂层腐蚀破坏的主要机理是成分和组织不均匀引起的电化学腐蚀和局部腐蚀,最终导致熔涂层剥落. 

Abstract:The corrosion characteristics in water, 5% HCl solution and 5% HNO3 solution of the coatings on 45 steel cladded by electrospark deposition with Cr, W, Mo and Ni anode was studied. The results show that in water, the corrosion resistance of the coatings is better than that of 45 steel, but in acid solution, the corrosion resistance of the coatings is worse than that of 45 steel. The corrosion mechanism of the coatings is mainly local corrosion and electrochemical corrosion which may result in detachment of the coatings.
