摘    要:染料敏化太阳能电池以其工艺简单、成本低廉、潜在的较高光电转化效率赢得了人们的青睐.论文对其工作原理合理简化,将电池考虑为由二氧化钛半导体、赝均匀介质层和电解质层三部分介质组成,应用载流子连续方程和传输方程以及泊松方程对其进行建模.讨论了电池内部各部分的电学特性和纳米管长度对电池性能的影响.

Abstract:The DSCs(dye-sensitized solar cells) have drawn much attention to many researchers in recent years due to their simple process,low cost and potential excellent performance.In this paper,an appropriate electrical model has been presented.The solar cell is modeled by three parts which are TiO2 semiconductor,pseudo-homogeneous effective medium and redox electrolyte.The charge carriers continuity,transport and Poisson′s equations are all applied.As a result,the model demonstrates electrical characteristics inside the cell and the influence of the nanotubes′ length on the cell performance successfully.
