数控系统的直线和S形加减速研究

摘    要:推导出了用于机器人及机床控制器前加减速的直线加减速和S形加减速的离散采样迭代公式。实际减速点和理论减速点不重合,在减速过程中会出现一段时间的低速运行,为了消除低速运行段,提出了按照实际的剩余长度重新计算加速度和加加速度的算法,对该算法进行了仿真和实验验证,结果表明,该算法可有效地消除减速过程中的低速运行段。

Abstract:A sampled--data linear and S--shape acceleration/deceleration for industrial robots and CNC machine tools were studied. There is a running stage at low speed for a long time after decelerating because the actual deceleration point does not overlap the theoretical deceleration point. To eliminate it, a deceleration algorithm that the acceleration ad and jerk Jd were recalculated according to the actual residual position was introduced. Moreover, the implementation of the proposed deceleration algorithm in a CNC system shows that the proposed algorithm is practical and effective.
