摘    要:硫酸、普钙和磷铵生产过程中排放大量酸性废水,对水体造成严重污染。在进行水量平衡的基础上,提出了以回用为主的废水处理方案。通过完善循环冷却水系统、废水回用、废水处理等措施,每年减少悬浮物、氟化物和磷酸盐排放量分别达到957.6t、188.4t和8.64t。年节省新鲜水62.5×10

Abstract:A great quantity of acid wastewater is discharged from the production process of sulfuric acid, single superphosphate and ammonium phosphate, causing serious pollution of water bodies. Based on balancing water flow, a wastewater treatment plan with recovery of water as the main measure was put forward. By taking the measures of improving circulating cooling water system, recovering and treating the wastewater, etc-the discharged quantities of suspended mat ters, fluorides and phosphates were respectively reduced by 957.6 tons, 188.4 tons and 8.64 tons annually, while 62.5 x 10 4 tons of fresh water was saved annually.
