市场经济条件下啤酒厂生产管理工作的探讨

摘    要:生产管理是对企业生产活动的计划、组织和控制,是和产品制造密切相关的各项管理活动的总称,它是整个企业管理的重要组成部分。借鉴国外啤酒生产企业生产管理的成功经验,结合我国啤酒企业生产管理实际,阐述了在市场经济条件下,进一步改进和加强生产管理,实现啤酒生产活动合理化、科学化,以充分利用企业的资源,有效地控制企业的生产作业,提高企业的生产效率,高质量、低消耗、低成本、快速的生产,搞好清洁、安全生产和环境保护,确保企业生产任务和经营目标的实现。

Abstract:Production management is to plan, organize and control the production activities of a enterprise. It is closely connected with all items in the product manufacturing management and is also an important part in the enterprise running. In the article, the successful experiences of management in foreign breweries are studied for reference. We illustrate under the socialist market economy, the importance and process of strengthening the production management, realizing the rational and scientific production activities, fully utilizing the enterprise resources, effectively controlling the production, increasing the productivity, producing the beer in high quality, low consumption, low cost and fast speed, creating a clean, safe production, environmental protection and realizing the production task and operation object.
