基于计算机模拟的35 m~3机械式矿用挖掘机作业参数设计优化

摘    要:主要针对35 m3机械式矿用挖掘机进行研究,借助ADAMS对该型挖掘机构建了参数化模型并进行了动力学分析。通过计算机模拟得到挖掘机在理想状态下和仿真状态下的作业轨迹对比拟合曲线,对参数化模型的正确性进行了验证。通过参数对比,对挖掘机进行了优化设计,提高了挖掘机的作业效率和挖掘性能。

Abstract:Aimed at 35 m3 mechanical mining excavator,with the help of ADAMS,builds the parameterized model of this type excavator and a dynamic analysis was carried out.Excavator in the ideal state is obtained by computer simulation and the simulation of operation trajectory to compare the curves,the correctness of the parameterized model is verified.By comparison with parameters of excavator,the optimization design,improve the performance of excavator working efficiency and mining.
