锚柱网预支撑袋铸混凝土沿空留巷技术

摘    要:通过分析华晋沙曲煤矿已完成24207采区采用巷旁充填沿空留巷存在的缺陷和不足,结合相邻24208回采区地质条件及原有掘进的巷道现存状况,对24208回采区提出了锚柱网预支撑袋铸混凝土沿空留巷技术,并进行了支护试验和矿压监测分析。结果表明:应用锚柱网预支撑袋铸混凝土隔墙支护技术,巷旁预支撑构件HT锚柱早期及时切顶卸压能够在留巷过程中有效控制巷道变形,提高沿空留巷围岩稳定性,优化了沿空留巷支护结构、支护参数及施工工艺,确保工作面安全高效回采,可供类似条件沿空留巷支护借鉴。

Abstract:By analyzing the defects and deficiencies on Huajinshaqu coal mine which has been adopted the gateway packing gob-side entry retaining on NO.24207 mining face; while combining the geological conditions and the original drilling gateway existing status on the neighboring No.24208,the gob-side entry retaining technology which for bag casting concrete has been advised on No.24208 by using anchor column mesh pre-support at the same time support testing and mine pressure monitoring have been proceed.The results show that adopting the wall support technology of bag casting concrete with using anchor column mesh pre-support and cutting the top pressure timely at the early time of the gateway pre-support HT anchor column could effectively to control the gateway deformation; improve the surrounding rock stability of the gateway remained; optimize the gob-side entry retaining support structure、support parameter and construction technology.All these could make sure the coal mining face done with a mining operation safely and efficiently at the same time offering the support of the gateway remained with similar conditions.
