千米钻机在松软煤层中的应用与研究

余吾煤业主采的3#煤层为松软煤层,普通钻机在打钻过程中钻进深度短、抽采纯量低而且经常发生塌孔、掉钻现象,为此余吾煤业引进了澳大利亚威利朗沃公司生产的VLD-1000型千米定向钻机对本煤层进行采前预抽和掘前预抽。通过对千米钻机在S1206进风顺槽长距离煤孔的施工情况和抽采效果分析,总结了千米钻机的技术优点及改进措施,为解决余吾煤业的松软煤层瓦斯治理难题提供了一种节约高效的方法。

Application and Research of Kilometer Rig in Soft Coal Seam

The No.3 coal seam mainly mined is the soft seam in Yuwu coal mine.During the drilling process with the ordinary drill,the drilling depth is short,the drilling amount is low and the phenomenon of collapsing and drilling-out occurred constantly.With the directional kilometer rig introduced from the Valley Longwall company,the VLD-1000 drilling can pre-pump the gas before mining.Based on the analysis of pre-pumping effect in the S1206 air-in tunnel,the technical advantages of kilometer rig and the improvement measures can be summarized,which can provide a saving and efficient method for the gas management in the soft coal seam of Yuwu coal mine.
