基于BOTDA的冻结管力学性能试验

摘    要:通过采用BOTDA分布式光纤测试技术与点式测试技术联合实验测试,进行了不同荷载级别下的冻结管的力学性能试验。分析了在各级别荷载下冻结管的变形特性,得出了在荷载作用下冻结管中部是应变和挠度最大的位置,随着荷载的增加呈现出线性变化;沿管长方向应变大致是两侧对称分布,挠度则呈现出抛物线的变化趋势,结果表明BOTDA分布式光纤测试技术较点式测试技术具有优越性,可以实现连续测量,其测试结果更具有代表性,是冻结管力学性能测试的一种新的试验方法。

Abstract:Through a combined experimental test using BOTDA distributed optical fiber sensing technology and point type testing technology.the mechanical properties test of frozen pipe under different load levels were carried out.The deformation characteristics for frozen pipe of each load level were analysed.It is conclude that the central position of freeze pipe has maximum strain and deflection under loads,with the increase of load it showed a linear change; along the pipeline the strain is roughly symmetrical distribution,deflection is showing a trend of parabola.The results show that the BOTDA distributed optical fiber sensing technology for a points test technology has superiority can be reached.The BOTDA test results can be more representative.It is proved to be a new test method for testing the mechanical properties of the frozen pipe.
