采煤机牵引轮齿销滚动啮合设计

摘    要:电牵引采煤机工作环境恶劣,工作过程的振动情况严重,导致牵引机构销轨轮与齿形销排啮合不稳定,销轨轮失效及受损现象严重,通过分析找到其原因并提出解决方案。销轨轮与齿形销啮合近似齿轮齿条啮合,采煤机的振动引起其中心距不恒定,导致啮合表面间发生相对滑动。采用销轨轮与圆柱滚子销滚动啮合的方式,将销轨轮与齿形销之间因振动引起的线接触滑动转移至圆柱滚子销内部,并把线接触滑动变为圆柱滚子销外衬套与芯轴之间的面接触滑动。最终避免销轨轮齿面滑动磨损,提高采煤机的工作可靠性和销轨轮的使用寿命。

Abstract:Electrical traction shearer has bad working conditions,the huge vibration during working result in the pin-rail-gear of traction mechanism has an unstable engagement with teeth-pin-row,pinrail-gear is damaged badly,search the reasons and give solutions.The engagement between pin-railgear and teeth-pin is similar to the engagement of rack and gear,because of coal cutter vibration,the center distance of them is not constant,which results in relative sliding between the mating surfaces,using the teeth-pin rolling engagement between the pin-rail-gear and the cylindrical-rolling-pin,transfer the line-to-line sliding caused by vibration between pin-rail-gear and teeth-pin to the inside of the cylindrical-rolling-pin,and transfer the line-to-line sliding to face-to-face sliding between the bush of cylindrical-rolling-pin and the mandrel.And finally,avoid pin-rail-gear teeth wear off and improve the operational reliability and service life of the coal cutter.
