高水压井筒底板注浆加固技术应用与研究

摘    要:郑煤集团告成煤矿南翼副立井,井筒设计746 m,二1煤层底板太原群下段L1-4灰岩富水性强,水压大,严重影响井筒安全落底。为保证井筒安全落底,在充分分析该区域水文地质条件的基础上,对浆液、浆液扩撒半径以及根据岩溶裂隙发育程度,计算注浆孔个数,对L1-4灰岩段进行超前预注浆加固。物探结果表明,注浆对L1-4灰岩段改造效果理想,该成果对高水压类似井筒水害防治有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

Abstract:Zheng Coal Group Gaocheng coal mine vice shaft,shaft design of 746 meters,two 1 coal seam floor lower Taiyuan group L1-4 limestone water,water,seriously affecting the shaft safety bottom.In order to ensure the safety of shaft bottom,based on the full analysis of the regional hydrogeological conditions,the slurry,slurry spreading radius and the development degree of karst fracture according to the calculation,the number of grouting holes,advance pre grouting reinforcement of L1-4 limestone.Geophysical prospecting results,grouting effect on transformation of L1-4 limestone section of the ideal,the results have a certain reference value and guiding significance for high pressure similar shaft flood prevention.
