煤层气田地面集输标准化设计

摘    要:我国煤层气已经进入低成本、大规模开发阶段,要满足其建设质量、建设速度、建设规模的三重需要,煤层气田地面建设必须进行"标准化设计、模块化建设"的集成创新。为此,提出了煤层气田标准化设计理念:以工艺技术优化简化和定型为核心,以模块设计为关键手段,对批量性、通用性、重复性的产能建设内容进行标准化设计。标准化设计核心技术包括"工艺流程通用化、井站平面标准化、工艺设备定型化、设计安装模块化、管阀配件规范化、建设标准统一化、安全设计人性化、设备材料国产化、生产管理数字化",涵盖井场和集气站等地面建设内容。煤层气田应用该标准化成果后(以沁水盆地郑庄区块为例),建设时间缩短30%,焊口一次合格率超过90%,综合经济效益提升0.44亿元/108 m3,提高了气田地面建设水平,规范了地面建设标准,方便了施工的预制和组配,确保了工程建设的优质、高效和安全。

Abstract:To achieve the goal of low-cost and high-efficiency commercial development, operators should focus on the standardized design and modular construction for the ground surface gathering and transportation project of a CBM gas field. In view of this, we first introduced the philosophy of the standardized design in this case. With the optimized, simplified technologies and sizing systems as the core, modular design should be essentially emphasized on those batch level, commonly used, and repeated activities. This standardized design covers all the ground surface engineering construction in either a well site or a gathering station, making flow process generalized, well site ground standardized, processing facilities stereo-typed, design & installation modularized, pipe valves & accessories normalized, construction codes unified, safety design humanized, equipment & materials localized , production management digitalized. After the standardized design was employed in the Zhengcun Block of the Qinshui CBM Gas Field, the construction period was shortened by 30%, the once welding pass rate reached 90%, and the overall economic profit increased by 44 million yuan (RMB) per 100 million m3. In conclusion, this standardized design is reliable and practical in improving ground surface construction level, normalizing the ground construction codes, making prefabrication and assembly quite easy in operation, and guaranteeing the quality, safety and efficiency of the whole ground-surface engineering project in a CBM gas field.
