厚松散层破碎围岩大巷分阶段支护技术

摘    要:为了控制新桥煤矿厚松散层破碎围岩大巷持续剧烈变形,采用地质雷达测试围岩松动圈范围,为支护设计提供可靠的理论依据,测试结果表明,围岩松动范围1.5~2.5 m。针对大松动圈破碎围岩特性,采用分阶段支护技术,适时动态控制围岩变形,矿压观测结果表明,采用锚网喷支护形式有效控制了巷道顶板和两帮的初期稳定,采用底板反拱注浆支护形式有效控制了底鼓变形,后期采用帮部滞后注浆有效控制两帮围岩变形。支护方案科学、合理,达到了预期的支护目标。

Abstract:In order to control the continuous severe deformation of thick unconsolidated layers and crushed surrounding rock main roadway in Xinqiao coal mine,the scope of surrounding rock loose circle is tested by geological radar.It provides reliable theoretical basis for supporting design.Test results show that surrounding rock looseness range from 1.5 to 2.5 m.In allusion to the characteristics of the big loose circle and crushed surrounding rock,support technology by stages is used to control the deformation of the surrounding rock timely and dynamically.Pressure observation results show that using anchor net spray supporting form effectively control the initial stability of the roadway roof and two sides.Using the floor inverted arch grouting support form effectively control the floor heave deformation.Using sides lag grouting in later period effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of two sides.Support scheme is scientific and reasonable which achieves the desired support objective.
