| 摘 要： | 利用多元统计中的因子分析方法,应用SPSS统计分析软件,根据上市公司年度财务报表对其绩效进行分析评价,并以沪市电子行业2002年度财务报表为例进行实证分析,分析结果可为投资者投资、择股提供帮助,并为上市公司的经营决策提供一定的决策依据.

| Abstract: | This paper makes a performance evaluation of listed companies based on the financial reports by using factor analysis of multivariate statistics and SPSS statistical analysis software, taking Shanghai's electric industrial listed companies as an example. The result therefrom can be used by investors in their investment and choice of stocks and furnishes the basis for management decision of listed companies. |
