NCC区域气候模式算法分析及并行化实现

摘    要:文章介绍了国家气候中心高分辨率区域气候模式的特点及基本原理,在分析了它的基本流程及串行算法的基础上,针对其算法及数据流特点,提出了基于经度划分的并行方案.并对I/O及通信作了比较有效的优化.在神威并行机上实现后,4处理机时取得了较好的效果,最大可扩展至16处理机。

Abstract:First, this paper presents the properties and fundmental principles of RegCM model with high distinguishability from National Climate Center.On the basis of the analysis of its basic flow,its serial algorithm and the characteristics of algorithm,data flow ,we developed a parallel scheme according to the longitude partition.We also optimized its I/O and communication efficiently.After the implementation on Sunway MPP,we found that better performance could be got when running on 4 processors and the number of the processors could be extended to 16.
