摘    要:以VC和UG为开发平台,提出了一种新的冲压方向自动判别算法,运用该算法的计算结果与覆盖件成形工艺库中的成熟相似事例进行比较,从而保证冲压方向判定结果的合理性。在某轿车引擎盖外板的样品生产中运用该算法进行了实例验证,结果表明:采用该算法对覆盖件冲压方向自动判定的决策结果是合理可行的,运用该算法可以提高工艺决策的效率,为后续冲压工艺KBE决策技术的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:A new algorithm based on VC and UG and designed for automatic distinguishing of punch direction was proposed. The computing results were compared with similar matured cases in the database of cover sheets forming technology to ensure the rationality of direction decision. The algorithm was applied to the stamping of a car engine hood outside plate and proved to be feasible. The use of the method will raise the decision-making efficiency of processing and establish a foundation for the subsequent development of knowledge-based engineering decision technique for stamping technology.
