SiC与ZrO2摩擦副疲劳磨损的有限元分析

摘    要:对SiC与ZrO2陶瓷组成的销盘式摩擦副摩擦过程中的疲劳磨损现象进行了理论分析,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其磨损过程中的应力分布进行了分析.结果表明:应力在盘的摩擦环带宽的中间位置上分布最大;当销连续旋转,且陶瓷材料有微裂纹、气孔、杂质等缺陷时,在盘的摩擦环带宽的中间位置上出现疲劳黏着现象,进而使盘的磨损加剧;分析结果与实验结果吻合较好.

Abstract:The fatigue wear of the pin and disc friction couple of SiC/ZrO2 ceramics was analyzed during the process of friction and wear.The stress distribution of the pin and disc was simulated by using finite element software ANSYS.The results show that the stress distribution at the middle location in friction ring of the ZrO2 disk reaches to the maximum.When micro-cracks,pores,impurities and other defects exist in ceramics and the pin was continuous rotating,fatigue adhesion occurs at the middle location in frict...
