平面钢闸门定轮与轨道接触问题有限元分析

摘    要:平面钢闸门定轮与轨道间的接触,是决定闸门支承体系承载能力的关键。以某水电站泄洪底孔事故闸门支承体系为例,以模型试验为参照,采用ABAQUS软件模拟闸门轮轨接触时的工作状态,着重对定轮与轨道接触时的受力性能进行有限元分析,并将试验结果和理论值对比,分析了定轮和轨道接触应力的分布规律,验证了闸门支承体系的可靠性。为闸门的安全运行及类似的工程设计提供参考。

Finite element analysis on contact between fixed wheel and track for plane steel gate

Abstract:The contact between the fixed wheel and track of the plane steel gate is the key-link to decide the bearing capacity of its supporting system. By taking the supporting system of a bottom outlet emergency gate for a hydropower station as the study case,the working condition of the contact between the fixed wheel and track is simulated with the software—ABAQUS on the basis of a model test,in which a finite element analysis is emphatically made on the mechanical performance during the contact of both the fixed wheel and the track,and then the testing result is compared with the theoretical value and the distribution law of the contact stress of be fixed wheel and the track is analyzed as well,thus the reliability of the supporting system of the gate is verified. This study can provide a reference not only for the safe operation of the gate,but also for the engineering design of the similar project.
