摘    要:针对长江沿江大型泵站变频变速优化运行受潮汐影响的问题,提出了以泵站单机组耗电费用最少为目标函数的优化运行数学模型,考虑水量与机组功率约束,采用动态规划的方法,以江都四站为例进行计算,确定不同水量约束、不同日均扬程、不同日均潮差变幅条件下单纯长江潮汐变化对泵站单机组变频变速优化运行结果的影响。结果表明:随着日均扬程的降低、日均潮差的增大,沿江泵站变频变速优化运行效果愈加明显。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the optimized variable speed operations of the large pumping stations along Yangtze River are impacted by the tidal variation, a mathematic model for the optimal operation that taking the least cost of the power consumption per pump unit as the objective function is proposed herein. Under the consideration of the constraints from both the water quantity and the power of pump unit, the impact only from the tidal variation of the river on the optimized variable speed operation of a single unit in pumping station under the conditions of variable constraints of water quantities, variable daily pumping lifts, variable daily mean amplitude of the tidal range is determined. The result shows that following with the decrease of the daily mean pumping lift and the increase of the tidal range, the effect of the optimized variable speed operation on the pumping stations along the river is more and more obvious.
