摘    要:响水涧抽水蓄能电站主变压器就位施工中,对传统的主变压器就位施工技术进行了改进和比较分析,通过现场考查、论证,未经由主变运输轨道、不使用转向盘、主厂房桥机装卸,大胆采用集成液压系统水平侧移、垂直下降等方法完成主变卸车、就位施工,顺利解决了主变压器器身壁较薄、现场作业空间受限、原施工技术投入人力、物力较大等困难,通过经济性分析进一步证实技术改进能够大幅度降低工程投资、施工成本,并缩短施工工期。

Abstract:During the positioning construction of the main transformer of Xiangshuijian Pumped Storage Hydropower Station, the conventional positioning technology for the main transformer is improved and the corresponding comparison analysis is made herein as well. Through the in situ investigation and demonstration, the construction of unloading and positioning of the main transformer is completed by the courageous adoption of the methods, such as horizontal side-moving, vertical lowering, etc. with an integrated hydraulic system without the transporting rail, turning disc for the transportation of the transformer and unloading it by the bridge crane of the main powerhouse, and then the problems of the thiner thickness of the wall of the transformer, the limited space for the in situ construction, larger input of the manpower and materials, etc. are solved. Through the relevant economic analysis, it further demonstrates that the improvement of the technology can not only largely lower the project investment and the construction cost, but can also shorten the construction period.
