摘    要:溧阳抽水蓄能电站面板堆石坝筑坝材料岩性多样、填筑方量大、大坝变形协调问题突出、土石方平衡难度大。为此,研制开发了该坝施工质量实时控制技术,包括大坝填筑碾压质量实时监控技术、上坝运输过程实时监控技术和数字化大坝施工管理综合信息集成系统,实现了对大坝坝料运输、卸料和填筑碾压的全过程、精细化、在线实时监控,以及工程进度、质量、安全监测等信息的可视化集成管理,确保了大坝填筑施工质量的高效控制,为建设溧阳抽水蓄能电站提供了强有力的技术支撑。

Abstract:For the dam construction materials of the concrete face rock-fill dam of Liyang Pumped Storage Hydropower Station,the lithologies are various and the filling volume is large,and then the problem of the compatibility of dam deformation is prominent with the difficulty of the balance of the earth-rock works. Therefore,the real-time construction quality control technologies for the dam are developed,which include the real-time monitoring technology for the dam filling and compacting,the real-time monitoring technology for the dam construction materials and the comprehensive information integrating system for the digitized dam construction management,thus not only the full process,delicacy management and on-line real-time monitoring on transporting and unloading the dam construction materials and the dam filling and compacting is realized,but the visualized and integrated management of the information such as the construction progress,quality,safety monitoring,etc. is also achieved. In this way,the efficient control of dam filling construction quality is ensured for providing a powerful technical support for the construction of the hydropower station.
