| Abstract: | This paper compares and analyses the population structure of Dalian city in China and Kitakyushu city in Japan by looking at various aspects such as ratio of males to females, age, natural increase, household structure, educational situation and spatial distribution. It also reveals the characteristics of the population structure in the two cities, which is referential to the forecast of the change of the Chinese urban population structure. |
