芝麻中木酚素类物质的研究现状

摘    要:芝麻中木酚素类物质具有优越抗氧化性和生理功能,在食品、医药、化妆品等领域具有重要的应用价值,目前已得到越来越多的重视和研究。因此,本文从芝麻木酚素类物质的结构、提取、应用和检测方面进行了综述,为芝麻的精深加工提供借鉴。

Abstract:The lignans in sesame have good antioxidant activity and physiological function, with important application value in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other fields, and had been gotten more and more attention and research. Therefore, the structure, extraction, application and detection of the lignans in sesame were reviewed in this paper, providing reference for sesame deep-processing.
