摘    要:随着新型乙烯效应抑制剂1-MCP(1-甲基环丙烯)应用范围的不断扩大,1-MCP已经由单一处理延缓采后果蔬衰老,发展到与其他保鲜方法联用。1-MCP与其他技术联用能够发挥协同作用,更好地保持采后果蔬贮藏品质。本文综述了1-MCP结合保鲜剂处理、低温贮藏、气调贮藏及热处理等方法对果蔬采后生理生化指标和贮藏效果的影响,并分析了存在的问题,提出了解决的途径,以期为果蔬贮藏保鲜技术的进一步发展提供参考。

Abstract:As 1-Methylcyclopene (1-MCP) , a new inhibitor of ethylene action, gets more and more applications in agricultural practices, its application on postharvest storage of fruits and vegetables has been developed to combine with other preservative methods for obtaining better storage quality and better senescence control of stored produces. Combination of 1-MCP with other preservative methods exerts synergy functions to maintain postharvest quality of fruits and vegetables in a better state. Effect of 1-MCP combined with other treatments such as preservative treatment, low temperature storage, controlled atmosphere storage, heat treatment and others on postharvest biochemical and physiological indices of fruits and vegetables were reviewed in this paper, its application problems were analyzed, and the solution to resolve the problems were proposed, with the purpose to provide references for further development of storage and preservation practices of fruits and vegetables.
