水环真空泵工作液冷却器冷却水系统的改造

摘    要:针对某电厂300 MW机组2BW4353-OEK4型水环式真空泵在夏季运行时经常存在工作水温度过高导致水环真空泵抽吸能力严重下降的问题,阐述了水环真空泵的工作过程、工作原理及夏季运行特点,提出了冷却水系统改造方案,分析了冷却水系统改造实施的效果。改造结果表明,夏季循环水温度较高时用深井水代替循环水冷却真空泵的冷却器,能够降低水环真空泵的工作水温度,使水环真空泵在夏季能达到较好的真空,提高了水环真空泵的出力。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the high temperature of working fluid causes the decrease of suction of 2BW4353-OEK4 type water ring vacuum pump of the 300 MW unit in a power plant in sum,this paper introduces the working process,working principle and characteristics of operation in summer,proposes transformation plan for cooling water system and analyzes the effect of the implementation of the plan.Transformation result shows that the temperature of working fluid of water ring vacuum pump can be reduced through replacing cooler of pump by deep phreatic water when the temperature of recycled water is high in summer,which enables good vacuum of water ring vacuum pump in summer and increase its contribution.
