| 摘 要： | 介绍了北京首钢冷轧薄板有限公司连续退火生产线清洗段的结构、工作原理和清洗质量问题。通过改变刷毛材质、调整刷辊压下方式、规定碱液指标及优化碱液逆流控制,消除了划伤缺陷,改善了清洗质量,使清洗后带钢反射率全部达到90以上,98%带钢反射率达到了95以上。

| Abstract: | The structure, working principles and cleaning quality problems of cleaning section of CAL in Shougang were introduced. Through changing brush materials, adjusting the way of pressing brush roll, regu- lating the index of caustic soda, and optimizing the working procedure, the reflection ration of all strip can be reached 90, 98% strip can be reached 95, and the scratch defect has been eliminated effectively. |
