摘    要:样品预处理在分析测定过程中具有十分重要的作用。本研究探讨了一种新兴的样品预处理方法--微波消解法在奶粉分析中的应用。考察了微波消解时溶剂的用量、消解液体积、消解时间、功率和压力对消解效果的影响,选择了微波消解的最佳工作参数。与传统方法相比,该方法具有省时、省酸,操作简单,减少沾污,改善工作环境等优点,是一种有效的实用方法。

Abstract:The pretreatment of the sample plays very important role in analyzing and determining trace elements. This paper reported that in the photometric determination of phosphorus in milk power, sample is improved with microwave digestion technique. The parameters such as reagent proportion, solution volume, time, pressure, microwave digestion power are optimized. Compared with the traditional dissolution method, the microwave digestion technique has the predominant features of less acid used and less time needed. In addition, environmental contamination is remarkably reduced.
