摘    要:针对焦炉加热的大惯性、大时滞和时变的特点,将动态矩阵(DMC)算法和PID串级控制相结合,并将此方法应用在焦炉加热系统中,进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,这种方案对控制系统具有较强的鲁棒性及良好的调节性能,提高了系统的动静态性能指标。

Application on DMC-PID Cascade Control in Coke Oven Heating System
Abstract:In view of the characteristics of coke oven heated process,such as large inertia,long time-delay and time varying,the DMC-PID control strategy is proposed in this paper.The control algorithm is used in coke oven heating system,and the analysis and the simulation is given.The simulation results prove that there are strong robustness and excellent adjustment performance on the control system in such a scheme,and it enhance the static and dynamic performance of the system.
