摘    要:分析了影响带钢立式退火炉保护气体消耗的主要因素,通过实际试验证明,人口密封辊开口度与保护气体消耗量之间存在明显的线性关系,采取保持密封辊线速度与带钢运行速度一致、防止密封辊辊身弯曲、保证带钢板形等措施,可有效减小入口密封辊的开口度,从而减少保护气体消耗。

Abstract:The main influence factors on protective gas exhaust in vertical annealing furnace were analyzed . The results show that there are line-relationship of the open value of entrance sealing roller and the exhaust of protective gas. The open value of entrance sealing roller can be reduced by assuring same speed of sealing roller and strip, preventing bending of sealing roller and bad shape of strip. Based on these measures, the consump- tion of the protective gas can be remarkably reduced.
