摘    要:以五水硫酸铜和碳酸钠为原料,采用直接沉淀法研究了纳米碱式碳酸铜的制备,考察了反应温度、反应物的浓度对其粒径的影响。结果表明,当反应温度在45~75℃,反应浓度在1~2.5 mol/L时,可以制备出不同粒径的纳米碱式碳酸铜,其平均粒径范围为16~54 nm;纳米碱式碳酸铜的粒度随反应温度的升高而减小,随反应物浓度的增大而增大。

Abstract:Using copper sulfate pentahydrate and sodium carbonate as raw materials,nano-Cu2(OH)2CO3 with different sizes was prepared by direct precipitation method and the effect of the temperature of reaction and reactant concentration on the partice size was researched.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was in the range of 45~75 ℃ and reactant concentration was in the range of 1~2.5 mol/L,nano-Cu2(OH)2CO3 with different sizes can be prepared and the range of average particle size was 16 ~ 54 nm.In the process of the reaction,the reaction temperature and reactant concentration have a significant effect on the partice size.With the increase of reaction temperature,particle size decreases and with the increase of reactant concentration,particle size increases.
