热连轧活套系统的单神经元解耦与控制

摘    要:在热连轧活套系统工作点附近建立了活套高度与张力的近似线性化耦合模型。用分数阶自适应PID控制器对活套高度与张力两个子系统进行控制。在静态解耦的基础上,用单神经元解耦方法对系统动态解耦。仿真结果表明,本算法不仅具有较好的动静态性能,而且大大降低了活套高度与张力间的耦合影响。

Abstract:The approximate linear coupling model of looper height and tension in the vicinity of the operating point of hot strip rolling looper system is established. Two subsystems of looper height and tension are controlled by two fractional order adaptive PID controllers. The system is decoupled dynamically by single neuron decoupling on the base of static decoupling. Simulation results show that this algorithm not only has good dynamic and static performance, but also greatly reduces the coupling effect between looper height and tension.
