显微镜法测量焦炭孔隙参数的对比研究

摘    要:利用7种差别较大的块焦样品,通过正交试验研究了3种显微镜法的准确度和优缺点。结果表明:HD显微镜光度扫描法对测量结果还存在其他干扰因素,无法实现对焦炭孔隙参数的准确测量;人工显微镜逐行测量法和Smart Scope显微镜自动智能识别扫描法结果较准确。但人工法效率极低,取样代表性有限,不适合大批量研究使用。

Abstract:The accuracy, advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of microscope methods are studied by the utilization of orthogonal experiment and through 7 kinds of lump coke with greater differences. The resuits show that HD microscope photometric method has other interference factor for measured result and no way to realize accurate measurement of coke pore parameter; the manual microscope non-interlace measuring method and Smart Scope microscope automatic intelligent identifying scanning method have more accurate measured results. But the manual measuring method has a very low efficiency, limit representativeness of sampling and is not appropriate for large batch of study and application.
