平整机的板形改善机制及其应用

摘    要:分析了带钢平整过程中带钢的应力状态、带钢表面的微观结构、能量特征及位错分布等,得出了平整过程中金属的塑性变形特征。提出了平整过程改善板形的两种机制。分析了普通冷轧产品、冷轧深冲产品、热轧产品及热轧高强钢产品在平整过程中应采取的板形控制策略及其合理的设备配置方案。

Abstract:The temper process of the strip was analyzed from stress state, surface microstructure, energy characteristics and dislocation distribution. Plastic deformation characteristics of metal during tempering process were obtained. There are two mechanisms for improving strip flatness. The flatness control strategies and proper equipment configuration suitable for ordinary cold rolled products, cold roiled deep-draw products, hot roiled products and hot rolled high strength steel products were discussed.
