摘    要:以三氯化磷和乙酸酐为原料,经三步合成羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)并考察其缓蚀阻垢性能;考察了乙酰化反应的条件。结果表明,最佳乙酰化反应合成工艺条件为:反应温度100℃,乙酸酐滴加速率为先快后慢,(CH3CO)2O∶PCl3摩尔比为1∶3;HEDP的最佳使用条件:浓度为10 mg/L,温度为60℃,实验时间为24 h,缓蚀率和阻垢率分别高达86.6%,93.8%。

Abstract:HEDP was synthesized by three-step reaction from phosphrous trichloride and acetic anhydride,and the corrosion inhibition property of HEDP was investigated.The conditions of acetylation were studied.The results indicated that the optimum acetylation reaction conditions were as follows:temperature was 100 ℃,the dropping rate of acetic anhydride was from fast to slow,n(CH3CO)2O] ∶ n(PCl3)=1 ∶ 3.The best conditions for use of HEDP were:concentration 10 mg/L,temperature 60 ℃,time 24 h.The corrosion inhibition rate and scale inhibition rate were 86.6% and 93.8%,respectively.
