海洋环境下低合金钢腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:利用电化学手段和激光拉曼光谱研究了低合金钢在海洋环境中腐蚀行为及产物.结果表明,低合金钢在海水环境中自然暴露0.5个月,其腐蚀状态进入相对稳定的阶段,供氧情况的差异致使低合金钢锈层分为内、外两层,试验用低合金钢短期腐蚀速率可用方程V=0.3227t-0.2489拟合.

Abstract:Corrosion behavior and rust of low-alloy steel in natural seawater was investigated with electrochemical technology and raman spectroscopy.The results showed that low-alloy steel corrosion turned into a stable stage after 0.5 month immersion in the seawater.The difference of oxygen supply induced the rusty layer divided into inner and outer.The low-alloy steel corrosion rate can be fitted in formula V=0.3227t-0.2489.
