微波消解在测定石灰中二氧化硅的应用

为使石灰的分析测定更加简便、快速、准确。采用微波碱溶法来消解石灰样品具有快速简单、经济的特点。并采用硅钼蓝分光光度法测定其二氧化硅的含量。结果发现：采用微波消解石灰、白泥、绿泥样品只需用8min就消解完全,并且对消解时所需碱用量也作了分析,获得了满意的结果。实际样品的测定结果也与传统方法一致,可应用于生产控制分析。

The application of microwave digestion on determination silicon dioxide in lime

To determine lime more simply,quick,accurately,employing microwave alkali fusion to digest sample of lime was quick,simple and economic,while the content of silicon dioxide was determined by silicon-molybdenum blue spectrophotometry.The results were shown that it took only 8min to digest completely sample of lime,white mud and green mud by microwave digestion,while the alkali dosage required in digestion was analyzed,obtained satisfied results.The determined result of practical sample was in accordance with that by traditional method,so that can be applied in production control.
