摘    要:针对热镀锌生产线中张力辊电机抱闸系统频繁出现非正常制动故障的问题,从抱闸系统的工作原理和结构特点方面进行分析,发现抱闸头轴套密封处漏气造成接近开关感应位置失效是此故障的主要原因,采用铁片在外端固定接近开关来代替原来的密封盖后,解决了该故障问题。

Abstract:Against the problem of the tension roller brake system motor's frequent abnormal braking in the production line of hot dip galvanizing, the brake system's working principle and structural characteristics were analyzed. It is found that the main reasons causing this fault is failure of closing switches induction position, which result from the brake head bushings seal leakage. By improving the design and transformation of brake system's structure, the problem of the brake sensor is solved, and the resulting problem of abnormal downtime is avoided as well.
