液体丁腈胶增韧不饱和聚酯研究

摘    要:采用液体丁腈胶增韧剂(XNBR)来增韧两种类型不饱和聚酯树脂:脆性191DC、韧性298#,结果表明:XNBR对298#有显著增韧效果,而对191DC增韧效果不明显。此外,XNBR对这两种混合树脂有增韧作用。并从理论上分析了XNBR增韧不饱和聚酯树脂机理。最后探讨了增韧298#树脂对其复合材料力学性能的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,liguid butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber,XNBR(liquid toughener for rubber) was used to toughen two kinds of UP resins,flexible 298# and brittle 191DC respectively.The results showed that toughness of the UPR 298# could be increased greatly using XNBR, however,UPR 191DC could not be toughened much.The microscopic toughening mechanism was theoretically discussed then.The mechanical properties of the toughened UPR 298# based composite was introduced at the end of this paper.
