COREX熔融气化炉热模拟研究

摘    要:以不同配矿,配煤方案和鼓风条件,研究了熔融气化炉熔炼过程产生的煤炭汉化床,海绵铁金属化率,煤质,炉渣碱度和成分,下料速度,燃烧强度,炉缸热量等对冶炼过程和铁水质量的影响。

Abstract:Hot modelling experiment was conducted to research the effectsof fluidized bed of coal,the metallization rate of sponge iron,quality of coal,slag ba'sicity and its constitution.the feeding velocity of sponge iron.intensity of combustion,and themal capacity in furnace hearth during smelting process in test smeltinggasifier on the smelting process and quality of hot metal under the different conditions of ore-matching,coal-blending and hot air blasting condition.
