摘    要:利用明胶和聚乙烯醇( P V A) 的双重保护作用,以硝酸银和卤化钾双注直接制备出平均粒径为22 .0 nm 的碘溴化银乳剂( 碘含量为5mol % ) ,该纳米颗粒乳剂具有较好的稳定性和较高的含银量。在无 P V A 存在时,明胶对纳米颗粒的保护作用与乳剂的胶银比有关。在一定温度下存在一个临界胶银比,在此临界值以上时,明胶比有效地抑制纳米颗粒的长大而使乳剂具有较好的稳定性。探讨了纳米颗粒乳剂硫敏化特点,包括硫敏化剂的用量与敏化环境因素( 温度、p H 值、p Br 值) 的影响。观察到了纳米颗粒乳剂不同于常规乳剂( 微米尺度) 的某些现象及显示出的独特性质。

Abstract:A stable silver iodo bromide emulsion with average diameter of 20 nm is prepared with co protection of gelation and PVA by a double jet method The protection of gelatin to nanometer sized AgBr(I)grains depends on the ratio of gelatin to silver in the emulsion only in the case of lower silver content in emulsion , ie, higher ratio of gelatin to silver, gelatin can restrain the growth of nanometer sized AgBr(I) grains. The sulfur sensitization of the emulsion with nanometer sized AgBr(I) grains is relative to amount of sulfur sensitizer used and environment factors of sensitization , such as temperature, pH and pBr, which exhibit some characteristics from general emulsion with micron scale grains.
