基于状态空间法的地区环式供电网可靠性分析

针对地区供电系统大多采用闭环接线，开环运行的特点，提出了地区供电网是一种带有储备冗余的辐射系统，并对各种储备类型进行了分类说明，得出了地区环式供电网是一种热储备系统。在此基础上，应用状态空间法，根据地区环式供电网络的接线形式和运行方式，考虑了供电线路的故障率和检修率以及备用电源自投装置的正确动作率，建立了地区环式供电网接线形式供电可靠性的评估模型，推导出了其计算公式，并通过实例计算，验证了该方法的正确性。

RELIABILITY ANALYSIS ON THE USUAL LOOP NETWORK STRUCTURE FOR REGIONAL POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS BASED ON STATE SPACE METHOD

According to special features of regional power supply systems in China, this paper proposes that these regional power supply systems can be considered as the radial systems with redundancy reserve. Furthermore, these regional power supply systems are actually warm reserve systems. The paper suggests a new reliability analysis method for the usual loop network structure of regional power supply systems, which is based on state space technique by considering failure and repair rates of wires. A group of formula for the reliability calculation is derived. Finally, test results presented in the paper verify the effectiveness of above models and methods.
