浅谈定量快速装车系统

随着科学技术日新月异的发展,近年来,我国在对散状物料的快速定量装载技术研究上有了新的突破：如港口、码头对矿石、煤炭、粮食等散状物料的定量快速装卸;矿山、集运站对矿石、煤炭等散状物料的定量快速装车等。引用了高精度皮带秤、散料秤、定量快速装车系统等高新技术产品,有效地提高了工作效率,减少了环境污染,保障了贸易双方的称重计量的公平和公正。本文就火车定量快速装车系统技术的应用浅谈一些学习体会,与同行探讨。

Discussion on the quantitative and rapid loading system

With the rapid development of science and technology, in recent years, we have a new breakthrough in the bulk material rapid quantitative loading technology research. Such as ore, coal, grain and other bulk materials quantitative quick loading and unloading in port, dock, mine and transportation station. We use the high precision belt weigher, bulk materials scale, quantitative and rapid loading system and other high- tech products, effectively improve working efficiency, reduce the environmental pollution, and protect the trade on both sides of the weighing of fairness and justice. In this paper the quantitative fast train loading system technology application on some learning experience, explore and peers.
