小量程平柝式称重传感器

Small range flatbed load cell

For insure the small range flatbed load cell to have higher sensitivity and stiffness, most of its elastic elements are all kinds of parallel beam structure, most are made in hard aluminum alloy with low modulus of dasticity, but its shape is too long. This article introduces a kind of new type small range flatbed load cell which elastic element is alloy steel, it not only has low shape, but also has higher sensitivity and stiffness. This article mainly introduces Structure, features, stress analysis and theoretical calculations of flatbed load cell, and summarizes structural design and calculation examples.
