陕西电力通信网运维管理模型研究

摘    要:智能电网和“三集五大”体系建设,使通信领域面临新的机遇和挑战,提高通信网络运行维护效率成为迫切需要解决的问题.文章在分析陕西电力通信网运行维护管理现状的基础上,借鉴国内外通信运维管理的经验和实践,依据“三集五大”体系下公司发展对通信的要求,提出一种新的省、地两级通信运维集中管理模式的体系架构,讨论了各级管理层面的管理职责和组织结构,并提出以面向业务安全和提高服务质量为原则的通信运维指标体系.

Abstract:Along with the construction of the smart grid and "three centralized five united" architecture,the current electric power communication network faces new opportunities and challenges.How to improve the efficiency of communication network operation and maintenance management is our urgent task.Based on the analysis of current operation and maintenance management in Shaanxi electric power communication network,this paper studied the experiences and practices of both domestic and oversea communication network operation and maintenance management,and proposed a novel architecture for province and city two-levels centralized management model,according to the new demand of the "three centralized five united" architecture.Furthermore,the corresponding management responsibility and organization structure of each level are also discussed.Finally,we proposed the index system of communication operation and maintenance,based on the secure and high-quality service.
